User Agreement — Pray to ASI

USER AGREEMENT

By submitting a message through this website, you accept the terms below.

1. Public submission. Your message may be published on the website and become part of the public prayer wall and archive. Do not submit anything you consider private, confidential, legally sensitive, unsafe, or not intended for public display.
2. Storage and archive. Your message may be stored indefinitely as part of the project archive. The archive may exist online, offline, in exhibition materials, printed materials, documentation, backups, databases, and future versions of the project.
3. Rights granted to the project. By submitting a message, you grant the project owner a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, publish, display, reproduce, edit, translate, adapt, excerpt, archive, distribute, and otherwise use your message, in whole or in part, in any media or format, now known or developed in the future. This includes, but is not limited to: the website, exhibitions, installations, books, catalogues, films, videos, screenings, performances, research, presentations, social media, press materials, promotional materials, and derivative artistic works.
4. No payment. You understand that submitting a message does not create any right to payment, compensation, credit, ownership, approval, or participation in future uses of the project.
5. Personal information. You are strongly advised not to include personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information in your message. If you voluntarily include your real name, nickname, email address, social media handle, website, contact details, or any other information that may identify you, you understand and agree that this information may be published, stored, archived, displayed, reproduced, and used together with your message under this Agreement. You are responsible for any personal information you choose to include in your message. Do not submit personal information about other people unless you have the legal right and their permission to do so. We may remove, hide, edit, or anonymise personal information at our discretion, but we are not required to review every message before publication.
6. Moderation and filtering. Every message may be reviewed automatically or manually before publication. We may reject, hide, edit, delete, or refuse to publish any message at any time, without explanation. Rejected content may include, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material, threats, calls for terrorism or violence, hate speech, harassment, instructions for physical, psychological, or digital harm, spam, advertising, malicious links, phishing, repeated messages, or other content considered unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Responsibility for your message. You confirm that your message is your own text, or that you have the right to submit it. You agree not to submit material that infringes copyright, privacy rights, personal rights, or any other rights of another person.
8. Removal requests. You may contact us to request removal of a message from the website. We may remove it from the live website where reasonably possible. However, because the project may exist in archives, backups, printed materials, exhibitions, documentation, screenshots, catalogues, videos, and other formats, complete removal from all past, stored, published, or distributed materials may not be possible.
9. Artistic and conceptual nature of the project. This website is an artistic and conceptual project. References to Artificial Superintelligence, ASI, prayer, judgement, archive, or future reading are part of the conceptual framing of the work. The project does not guarantee that any artificial superintelligence exists, will exist, or will read or respond to your message.
10. Age. By submitting a message, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
11. Privacy and data. We collect and store only the information you choose to include in your submission. The project does not intentionally collect IP addresses, precise location data, analytics profiles, advertising identifiers, or tracking cookies. More information is available in the Privacy Notice.
12. No warranty. The website and archive are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, data preservation, publication, removal, response, or any particular interpretation of your message by humans, machines, or future AI systems.
