PRIVACY NOTICE

1. What we collect. We collect and store only the information you choose to submit through the message form, including your message and any name, nickname, pseudonym, contact details, website, social media handle, or other information you voluntarily include. We do not intentionally collect or store IP addresses, precise location data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics profiles, or tracking cookies. Our application backend does not read, process, or rate-limit by IP addresses at any point. Network-level abuse protection (DDoS prevention, routing) is performed by our CDN provider at the network edge, per their own privacy policy.
2. No analytics or tracking. This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, profiling tools, or third-party marketing cookies.
3. Purpose of processing. We process submitted messages for the purposes of publishing, storing, archiving, moderating, documenting, exhibiting, researching, and developing the artistic project. Messages may be used on the website, in exhibitions, installations, books, catalogues, films, videos, screenings, performances, presentations, press materials, promotional materials, research materials, and future versions or derivative works of the project.
4. Legal basis. The legal basis for processing is your consent when you submit a message and agree to the User Agreement and this Privacy Notice. We may also process messages where necessary for our legitimate interests in maintaining, documenting, protecting, and developing the artistic project.
5. Public nature of submissions. Messages submitted to the project may become public. Do not submit anything you consider private, confidential, sensitive, unsafe, or not intended for public display. If you voluntarily include personal information in your message, you understand that it may be published and used together with the message.
6. Storage period. Submitted messages may be stored indefinitely as part of the project archive, unless removal is requested and technically and reasonably possible. Some uses cannot be fully removed after publication, including printed materials, exhibition documentation, screenshots, catalogues, videos, backups, archives, or materials already distributed.
7. Moderation. Messages may be reviewed automatically or manually. We may reject, hide, edit, anonymise, or delete any message at any time.
8. Sharing with others. Messages may be made public on the website and may appear in project-related materials. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Messages may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website, hosting, storage, moderation, security, email, or project documentation.
9. Your rights. Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect uses already made before withdrawal and may not make complete removal possible where the message has already been published, archived, printed, exhibited, documented, or distributed.
10. Age. By submitting a message, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
11. Changes. This Privacy Notice may be updated as the project develops.
